Fitness Magazines and Their Misleading Results
First of all, these magazines will churn out as many misinformed ideas and information without accurate research as possible.
They also try to hard sell to you the 'magic pill' and the 'perfect intra-workout drink' without giving you the knowledge of what they are and what they do. Advertising for products which are not essential causing people to spend their money on objects and items which give them no results.
They put image after image of people who are at their leanest for the calendar year. Making it seem that they look that way all year round, when realistically they have just got ready for that one photo shoot. They make you believe that achieving their goals is easy and th
at it wont take hard work, hard training, diet control and restrictions in lifestyle.
The problem with the magazines is they look to give you the 'easy option' to get the 'best results'. But they don't give you the essential information on programming, correct form for exercises, continual progressive overload, nutrition help.
