As a professional Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Qualifications:

Pangbourne College – A-Level Health & Physical Education

Premier Training International - Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training level 2 & 3.

5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.

I travelled to Asia to help disabled orphans through World Challenge where I worked as a volunteer to help change the lives of these orphans by helping with shelter, food and teaching them to speak English.

I also travelled to Dunedin, New Zealand, to play rugby for 7 months!
