£5 PAYG Classes.

In a Circuits class, the studio is set up with various exercise stations, you'll move around each station and workout different muscle groups. You'll work hard and test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge.

HIIT class / High Intensity Interval Training is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts, designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

A fitness bootcamp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.

Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats that may involve shadow-boxing, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs, sit-ups and other circuit exercises.
