The Thought Process Behind Dieting.

Diets seem to be the only way that people accept they can lose weight, in the short term this is easy. The reality is that we normally crash or realise it cannot be done long-term.

Why give up the things you enjoy when you can have them in moderation?!

If you give something up your thought process will suddenly make you crave it or want something to replace it. Think of how you felt as a child when you got told not to do something, you suddenly had an irresistible urge to do it.

You're more likely to binge if you cut out your favourite foods.

Will having one or two biscuits ruin your progress? No.

Will binging on biscuits, cake and other sweet food while having the thought process of "I'll start eating clean again tomorrow" going to ruin your progress? Probably, yes.

Weight loss should be a lifestyle choice and not a short term diet. The way you look in the mirror is down to the choices you have made in your current lifestyle.
