Most people tend to work with a trainer for 3-6 months, sometimes longer dependant on goals and progress. We help to teach you how to exercise safely, to understand how calories affect your weight, and how to continue on your journey after we part ways. The knowledge and confidence you gain is invaluable.
As such we advise people to fully invest to a minimum of 3 months where we can help you achieve optimal results. The worst thing we can do is sell you the dream of achieving your goals and for you not to achieve it. Results can only be achieved when both parties are fully committed.
