How Do I Set My Own Goals?


Set goals and track progress to lose weight?!

1. Determine a time frame which is achievable to your goal 2. Set weekly and monthly mini targets to keep you on track 3. Reward yourself for staying on track whether that is with a food you really enjoy (within your daily calorie intake) or treating yourself to a day out or new item of clothing when you reach a mini target. 4. Take a picture once every 2-4 weeks so you can see the physical changes that are happening to your body (this is better than using weight on a scale to track your progress) 5. Update your goals every 2-3 months. What do you want to achieve next, how long will it take, what do you need to do to make it happen?
