I want to lose weight but don't know where to start...

This is a question I often get asked. Here is what I would say.

1. Attend group classes run by a fitness professional, the routine is predetermined and you can ask for help or ask questions when you need it. Or If you feel nervous or uncomfortable joining in with group exercise, 1-1 personal training might be more suited to you. Ask questions and have more time focused on you to progress faster and gain more confidence.

2..Use the app my Fitness Pal to help track your calorie intake. Make sure you don't cut out your favourite foods either, you'll be more likely to "cheat" on your diet. Eat in moderation within your daily calorie intake and you'll still lose weight. Calorie deficit is the number 1 way to lose weight (backed by science).

3.Ask us questions through our facebook page or as a private message. James and I are here to help you however we can, instead of reading through misleading information on the internet we can give you the answers direct.

Remember to just start! Every day you don't start is another day that you could have been closer to your goals!
