The best way to lose fat is to be in a small calorie deficit over a long period of time. Being in a calorie deficit that is too large could lead to losing muscle, less self-restraint from snacking or having a “cheat” meal. For a calorie deficit to work most efficiently you need to have a combination of a well balanced diet and to be burning more calories than you are putting in. Here are a few ways that you can easily work on creating a calorie deficit:
